Automatic refresh of Canvas

Hi, and first sorry for my poor english.

I'm looking for a simple automation in Qgis.
I would like have a plugin that perform a refresh of the Canvas every n seconds.
Is somebody able to write this with a python plugin for example, it's not my case !
